InvestorCarrot is a software service for real estate investors and agents.

Our software is the leading solution to help real estate investors attract more quality visitors and convert those visitors into leads online than any other platform out there. Tens of thousands of leads a month and countless deals are being closed by Carrot members. Specific membership levels also give access to ongoing content marketing blog posts and weekly “mastermind” webinar sessions and our general Carrot coolness 🙂

Access to multiple training programs for online marketing are also sold individually to help our clients reach their goals even faster.

Up to now, we’ve really focused our growth on becoming the market leader at putting out great, actionable, data driven content to help investors and agents improve their own online marketing results… and genuinely helping our customers succeed so they naturally spread the word about us. You can find the content we post on our blog, resources, and our consistent training webinars that we do.

We LOVE content! When you lead with providing value and living by your Core Values above all else and do it in a way that sets you a the expert, you are seen as the defacto “best option” in the marketplace for the problem you solve.

Over the last 2.5 years that’s what we’ve done. Growing to over 2,000 active members, multiple 7 figures a year, and having a blast and making a big difference all along the way from our home base here in amazing Roseburg, Oregon.

So you’re asking how did we get to 2,000+ active customers on just content? Well, it’s been a mixture of very strategic content and creating such a great experience for our clients that our clients have been our best sales people. When you truly help your customers succeed, genuinely care about them, and provide over the top customer support… people tend to spread the word. Exceptional experiences get noticed in this very average world.

But that’s where you come in. We are seeing so many opportunities right now we’re not able to capitalize on and so many prospective clients we’re not able to help up to our high standards that we want to bring aboard a person who is a naturally great educator (notice I didn’t say sales person?), who gets stuff done (organized and process driven), wants to make a massive impact, and oh ya… who comes in with great sales fundamentals.

Current Carrot Sales Needs

Carrot is looking primarily to hire a full time Customer Development and Sales rockstar to join our team, and be a big part of our growth and impact we want to make. This won’t be your typical “sales” job because we are still a small startup… so we need a “utility player” who is comfortable with change, thrives on process, and sees opportunity everywhere yet absolutely loves the followthrough of a well laid plan.

Specific Skills:
– Natural sales person, no hard closes, no pressure, just confidence your product solves their need
– Understands what I mean when I say “sell benefits vs. features”
– LOVE talking with people and answering their questions and relating (especially on the phone)
– You’re a master of follow through and creating / following processes (a MUST)
– Experience with Infusionsoft a bonus (or other sales CRM)
– Some experience in driving leads online (SEO, PPC, conversion) a huge BONUS
– Experienced in real estate and using online technology like WordPress a HUGE BONUS

Specific Things You’d Own:
– Take over our phone inbound sales call system and organize how we handle inbound calls
– Talk with clients and prospects on a continual basis to attract more of our ideal clients
– Help onboard our new clients and where it makes sense, educate them our other services
– Work directly with our most valued partners to develop our affiliate side of the business
– Develop nurture sequences for prospects who don’t join at first to create a pipeline of customers

We wouldn’t expect you to already be an expert in all these areas, but you should be an expert in some – and ready to learn and grow with us.
